She is also very meticulous throughout the process, such as doing the due diligent check on the tenants, taking notes of all the items that were provided to the tenant, etc. I’m glad to have her as my property agent to manage my property.

Celia one of the best agents I’ve had. It was my first time renting in Singapore and she was very helpful and patient in explaining any questions I had about the contract. After I moved in, she was still always very responsive to any issues/ problems I had with the apartment. If any fixing was required she would help connect me with the repairman and would also follow- up to see if I needed any further help. I once had issues with my door and got locked out, it was quite late but Celia still picked up my call and helped guide me on how to get the door to open. Celia is not only a knowledgeable agent but she also really cares for the tenants, I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for an Agent.
